the air conditioning did not work. despite a control panel, i could not adjust the temperature. i had to sleep with the balcony door open and this was noisy.

i appreciated the staff's kindness and responsiveness, especially when providing extra heating. the room size was suitable for a short stay. it remained very clean. i am grateful for the location because it is near the city's historical sights and the center.
there was no conditioner available and a limited number of toiletries.

the room was modern with a balcony and views. I found the bed comfortable and i slept well. The rate seemed affordable considering the period and i was happy.
i noticed a slight smell coming from the shower drain.

some issues impacted the stay
poor ventilationunderwhelming breakfast
the air conditioning barely worked it was too warm. i told the staff but nothing changed. the room smelled a bit musty the whole time. also the breakfast was just ok they ran out of things quickly one morning.
